ABOUT ME
As soon as I had tried my first woven wrap, I knew it was love. Wrapping, to me, seemed like a more authentic way of baby carrying, as opposed to some stiff contraption (personal preference).
I was able to hold and love my baby whilst being able to preform other tasks.
I find wraps to be quite useful during growth spurts and leaps when the little one can be quite unsettled.
Wraps are not only comforting, they provide other opportunities to bond and release lovely oxytocin. They have not only practical but therepeutic properties as well and can aid in issues from PND to milk supply.
Wrapping has become a worldwind journey, with many exciting things to come.
I started when bub was 5 weeks old and now I am on my way to becoming a certified baby wearing practitioner.
I'm a firm believer that the older generations had it right and the more you go back to basics, trust your own instincts and listen to your own babies needs, the more in harmony you'll be with your baby.
